The organoid- and patient-associated data are organized according to patient consents, GDPR, and the Finnish Biobank Act. For each user, there are three levels of data availability:
Level 1 – basic Collection description, where you can explore what is available through the upcoming search tool which will soon be available on this webpage
Level 2 – after your organoid research use proposal has been approved by the Scientific Committee at the Auria Biobank, you get access to:
- Organoid cultures (cryopreserved vials)
- Organoid information sheet with basic patient clinical data, and organoid-specific culturing information
- Genomic summary data for each culture
- List of mutations and copy number variants for each culture
- Summary of transcriptomic data
Level 3 – depending on your project requirements, you can also request organoid-associated patient data. Upon approval by the Scientific Committee at the Auria Biobank, you can get access to:
- Patient clinical history, including clinical reports, pathology reports, biochemical tests, surgery information, diagnostics, demographics, and treatment history
- Original patient tissue WGS and RNA-seq data
